This policy covers the website xrplive.ca and XRP Live Rotator, the application that manages the live broadcasts of the XRP Live Dashboard YouTube channel.

What XRP Live Rotator accesses

XRP Live Rotator uses YouTube API Services. With the channel owner's permission, granted through Google sign-in, it accesses the XRP Live Dashboard channel's own YouTube account to:

• create, start and end the channel's live broadcasts and bind them to its stream;
• read the status and concurrent viewer count of those broadcasts;
• update the title and description of the channel's broadcasts and replays;
• post a message in the channel's own live chat with the link to the new broadcast.

It does not access any other Google or YouTube account, and it does not collect, store or process personal information about viewers.

How data is stored

The authorisation token Google issues for the channel is stored only on the private server that runs the stream, and is used only for the purposes above. Broadcast IDs, start and end times and viewer counts are kept in log files on that server for operating the stream. No data is sold, shared with third parties, or used for advertising.

Google API Services User Data Policy

XRP Live Rotator's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

YouTube

XRP Live Rotator uses YouTube API Services. By watching the stream you are subject to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's handling of your data is covered by the Google Privacy Policy.

Revoking access

Access can be removed at any time at Google Account → Third-party connections. Stored tokens are deleted when they are revoked or no longer needed.

This website

xrplive.ca uses no cookies, analytics or trackers, and the web server does not keep access logs.
